Orista Healthcare helps international patients access treatment in Türkiye. Our medical team reviews your case, works with partner hospitals and specialists to prepare your treatment plan, and organises the services around your treatment, such as travel, accommodation, transfers, interpreters and aftercare support.
Medical examinations, diagnoses and treatments are carried out by licensed physicians at our partner hospitals and clinics. Each physician and hospital remains responsible for the medical care they provide, in line with their own professional and legal obligations.
The content on our website is for general information only. It does not replace a consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified physician. Always seek the advice of a physician about your own health, and do not delay seeking medical care because of something you read on this website. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
When you decide to go ahead with treatment, the services, prices, payment schedule and cancellation conditions are set out in a written agreement or confirmation that we send you before your trip. Those specific terms take priority over these general Terms.
Flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance and similar services are provided by independent third parties. We arrange them on your behalf, and their own terms and conditions also apply. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa required for your travel; we will help you with the visa process where needed.
Where complication insurance is arranged for your treatment, the cover, exclusions and claims process are governed by the policy issued by the insurance company. We will share the policy details with you before your treatment.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Orista Healthcare or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or services.
We work carefully to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
